Duties:
The Zoning Board of Appeals meets the 3rd Tuesday of every month, 7 p.m. at the Hanover Town Hall. Public hearings are held as required to render decisions on appeals regarding the Town of Hanover Zoning Code.

The Request for an Area Variance application may be obtained at the Town of Hanover's Building Inspector's office located in the rear of the Town Hall at 68 Hanover St., Silver Creek, NY 14136.  For more information call 934-2920.


All Area Variance applications are reviewed by the Zoning Board of Appeals for decision.

The Request for a Special Use Permit application is also available at the Town of Hanover's Building Inspector's office located in the rear of the town hall at 68 Hanover St., Silver Creek, NY.  For more information call 934-2920.


Requests for a special use permit are considered by the Zoning Board of Appeals before decisions are rendered.
