According to the 2010 U.S. Census the total population of the Town of Hanover is 7,127.- a decrease in population of 511 (-6.7%) from the 2000 Census. This figure includes the population of the Villages of Silver Creek (2,656) and Forestville (697)

 

 

According to the 2000 U.S. Census the total population of the Town of Hanover is 7,638. This figure includes the population of the Villages of Silver Creek and Forestville. (Population outside the villages = 3,972)

Population of the Village of Silver Creek:

According to the 2010 U.S. Census, the population of the Village of Silver Creek is 2,656 - a decrease of 240 (-8.3%) from the 2000 census.

 

According to the 2000 U.S. Census, the population of the Village of Silver Creek is 2,896.

Population of the Village of Forestville:

According to the 2010 U.S. Census, the population of the Village of Forestville is 697 - a decrease of 73 (-9.5%).

 

According to the 2000 U.S. Census, the population of the Village of Forestville is 770.
