Minutes are maintained by various Town Boards/Committees.  After minutes are deemed "official" by a vote of each board/committee they are available for public inspection upon request at the Town Clerk's office and will be posted on the Town of Hanover website.  The posted Boards/Committees meeting minutes are from the following:

• Town Board (regular meetings held the 2nd & 4th Monday of the month, 6:30pm workshop, 7:30pm public meeting)
• Planning Board (regular meeting held the 3rd Monday of the month, 7pm)
• Zoning Board of Appeals (regular meeting held the 3rd Tuesday of the month, 7pm)
• Citizen Advisory Committee (regular meeting held the 4th Tuesday of the month, 7pm)

All regular meetings are held at the Hanover Town Hall, 68 Hanover St., Silver Creek, NY  14136
